Knoxville, TN : Car crashes into Farragut Weigel's, strikes, injures employee on Monday, January 5, 2015

A driver pulling into a parking space at a Farragut Weigel's crashed through the front glass window instead, injuring an employee.

Police say 78-year-old Mary Cruise told them she stepped on the brake, but her 2001 Lincoln Continental accelerated.

An employee, identified as 64-year-old Dovelene Dameron, was standing in front of the store on a break when the car hit her and pushed her through the glass front.

Both were taken to UT Medical Center.

Officers say no charges will be filed.
