Las Vegas, NV : Boy injured after being struck by a car in the east valley on Tuesday morning, April 14, 2015
A boy suffered nonlife-threatening injuries after being struck by a car in the east valley this morning, Metro Police said.
Police received a report about 7:10 a.m. of the accident near East Bonanza Road and North Lamb Boulevard, Officer Larry Hadfield said.
The boy was taken to University Medical Center, and the driver was cited, Hadfield said.
No information was immediately available on whether the boy was in a crosswalk.
Police cleared the scene about 9:15 a.m., Hadfield said.
