KINGSPORT, TN : Reckless motorcyclist in ICU after parking lot collision on February, Thursday 22nd 2018

A Southwest Virginia man has suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle wreck outside a Kingsport restaurant, where he allegedly was speeding through the parking lot without a helmet and hit a car.
