One women escaped injury near Jonestown Pennsylvania

A 19-year-old Lykens woman escaped injury when the 1999 Pontiac Grand Am she was driving crashed at Moonshine and Suedberg roads in Union Township, Lebanon County, at 1:52 a.m. Thursday.State police at Jonestown said Katie Haas was driving east on Moonshine Road approaching the "T" intersection with Suedberg Road with a stop sign in her direction.The woman failed to stop, traveled across both lanes of Suedberg Road and struck an embankment and tree head-on, police said.Haas was not hurt but will be cited for a stop sign violation, police said.
