Jackson, TN : 71-year-old man died in Chester Co. crash on Tuesday morning, March 7, 2017

A 71-year-old man died in a car crash Tuesday morning on Highway 100 near Henderson, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Billy Harville of Regan died in the crash. Tyler Harville, 17, also of Reagan, was a passenger in the vehicle during the wreck, but was not injured, according to a THP report.

According to the report, Harville was driving westbound on Highway 100 when his F-150 went off the road and flipped, the report says. Billy Harville was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, the report says.

The wreck was reported around 8:30 a.m. near Glendale Road.
