Burnsville, MN : Pedestrian struck and killed on Highway 13 in Burnsville on Tuesday, February 23, 2016

The Minnesota State Patrol says a pedestrian has been struck and killed on a highway in Burnsville.

The 50-year-old Richfield man died shortly before midnight Tuesday on Highway 13. The patrol says the man was in the lane of traffic when he was struck by a car driven by a 46-year-old man from Savage. The driver was not seriously injured.
