Defiance County, OH : Sherwood woman injured in roll over crash on Kinner Road, north of Blanchard Road on Thursday afternoon, April 14, 2016

A Sherwood woman was injured in a roll over accident Thursday afternoon.

According to the Defiance post of the Ohio Highway Patrol the crash occurred at approximately 5:09 p.m., on Kinner Road, north of Blanchard Road, in Defiance County’s Highland Township.

A vehicle driven by Amber Clevinger, 28, Sherwood, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned multiple times. Clevinger was ejected from the vehicle and suffered incapacitating injuries. She was transported by air ambulance to a Fort Wayne hospital. A condition update was not available.

Assisting the patrol at the scene was the Defiance County Sheriff’s Office and Highland Township Fire Department.
