Salt Lake City, UT : 2 hospitalized after car crashes into pole on Route 12 in Fox Lake on Monday, 10th December 2018

Two people were hospitalized and a portion of Route 12 was closed for about two hours Monday night after a single-car crash, a fire official said.

Fox Lake fire crews were dispatched about 8 p.m. to Route 12 near State Park Road, Fox Lake Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Tom Preidis said.

Witnesses reported a car being driven erratically at high rates of speed on westbound Route 12, McHenry County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Sandra Rogers said.
