A Florida driver plowed into the back of a vehicle on Interstate 95 in Cumberland County Friday, closing the northbound lanes of the interstate, the Highway Patrol said.
A vehicle slowed down and a van, driven by a Florida resident, rear ended the slowing vehicle, trooper said.

The collision occurred near exit 61 around 3:30 p.m.
The car ended up hitting the guardrail on the left side of the road.
Two adults in the van and one adult in the car were transported to the hospital, troopers said.
The three suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The van driver was charged with failure to reduce speed.
The northbound lanes are estimated to reopen about 7:30 p.m.
