Nashville, TN : Woman suffers medical episode while driving, crashes into pole on Sunday afternoon, October 5, 2014

A woman reportedly suffered a medical episode while driving Sunday afternoon, causing her to crash into a utility pole. It happened around 2:30 p.m. north of Nashville in the 3000 block of West Hamilton Avenue. Authorities on the scene told News 2 it seemed as though she suffered a seizure but it wasn't immediately clear. The impact of the crash snapped the utility pole in half and heavily damaged the front-end of her vehicle. Further details have yet to be released.
