Louisville, KY : Two people dead after fatal crash along Indiana highway in Harrison County on Thursday night, March 24, 2016

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said it was investigating a fatal crash in Harrison County, Indiana.

Two people were killed when their car crashed into a tree. Police said they were still investigating why the driver veered off the roadway.

It happened late Thursday night on Highway 11 north of Highway 211. That's near Elizabeth, Indiana.

The identity of the victims has not been released.
