Miami ,FL : 42-year-old man injured in crash after veered off the road and hit a pole on Friday afternoon , February 13th 2015

All lanes of Interstate 75 are now open following a vehicle crash turned vehicle fire near mile marker 111.

Around 1 p.m., a Nissan 350Z driven by 42-year-old Alfred W. Washington veered off the road and hit a pole. The car landed on its side before catching fire. Washington, who is from Miami, was flown to Lee Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
