The Greenville County Coroner’s Office is releasing new details about a crash in Travelers Rest on Tuesday.
The coroner said the crash took place on Highway 25 near State Park Road.
A box truck collided with a stationary 18-wheeler. The truck driver was unrestrained and was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics according to the coroner.
The coroner has identified the victim as 55-year-old Debra Jean Datko. The cause of death is reported to be blunt force injuries while the manner of death has been ruled as accidental.
