Ruidoso, N.M : Tucson man thrown from car in rollover crash on Monday, October 31, 2016

An Arizona man died Monday when the car he was driving left U.S. 380 near the intersection with NM 220 between Capitan and Lincoln and rolled over multiple times.

State Police said Michael Lowther II, 35, of Tucson was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident took place about about 6 p.m. A State Police news release said the cause of the crash was still under investigation.
