Orlando, FL : 41-year-old woman struck and killed by a vehicle on Silver Star Road on Thursday night, March 31, 2016

Police have identified the 41-year-old woman struck and killed by a vehicle on Silver Star Road on Thursday night.

According to Orlando police, Lillian M. Holloway, of Longwood, was walking across the road near John Young Parkway, when she was struck by a vehicle heading east on Silver Star Road.

Holloway was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities said alcohol does not appear to be a factor and that investigators are still working to determine who was at fault.
