LANCASTER, PA : 75-year-old woman struck in hit-and-run on Sunday, 20th October 2024

Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that injured an elderly pedestrian in Lancaster Township.

It occurred shortly after 9 a.m. on the 100 block of River Drive, according to Manheim Township Police.

The victim, a 75-year-old Lancaster woman, was found lying on the side of the road by responding officers. A witness reported hearing the impact of the woman being struck and observed a dark-colored sedan fleeing the scene, heading south.
