Chillicothe, OH : Arby's customer killed when pickup truck crashed through Ohio fast food restaurant on Saturday, December 19, 2015

Police have released the identity of a customer struck and killed when a pickup truck hauling a trailer crashed into an Arby's restaurant lobby in southern Ohio.

Chillicothe police detective Bud Lytle says 19-year-old Marcus Weaver was killed in the crash Saturday in Chillicothe (chihl-ih-KAHTH'-ee). Police say Weaver was from Kingston, about 10 miles northeast of Chillicothe.

Police say they are still investigating what caused the driver to lose control and smash through the window of the fast food restaurant on North Bridge Street. Lytle said Monday that no charges had been filed.

Police say Weaver was struck while standing at a condiment counter. Authorities have said a child who was with Weaver at the counter was treated for a non-life threatening injury.
