FAIRFAX, VA : 1 employee dead, 2 injured in car crash at Fairfax carwash on Saturday, 29th June 2024

A customer exiting Flagship Carwash stuck a car and hit three employees in Fairfax, Virginia, leaving one dead Saturday morning, according to the City of Fairfax Police Department.

Officers said they responded to the parking lot of Flagship Carwash at 10874 Fairfax Boulevard for a report of a car crash.
