Austin,TX : Two die in motorcycle accident near Republic of Texas rally outside of Austin on June, Saturday 10th 2017

Tragedy surrounded this weekend's Republic of Texas Rally after two people were killed in a crash near Austin.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety one man died and a pregnant woman lost her unborn child when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a truck in East Travis County on Saturday at around 4:15 p.m.

Drunk driving is suspected in the crash, according to KVUE-TV of Austin. According to that outlet there were a handful of accidents around the ROT rally this weekend.
The agency said that the driver of a Ford F-150, identified as Cesar Corona-Quiterio, veered into the southbound lanes of F.M. 973 when he hit a 2001 Yamaha motorcycle.
