Oconee County, GA : Watkinsville teen killed in crash in Oconee County on Thursday, 12th July 2018

A teenager was killed early Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in Oconee County, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

John Samuel Elsner, 18, of Watkinsville died at the scene of the crash, which occurred shortly before 5 a.m. on Georgia Highway 15 south of Watkinsville near the Doc Hardigree Road intersection, a patrol spokeswoman said.
