Houston, TX: Accident involving HPD vehicle on Eastex Freeway cleared on Monday, July 20th 2015

A four-vehicle accident that caused traffic in the southbound lanes of the Eastex Freeway at Kelley Street on Monday was cleared at about 5:52 p.m. Monday, according to Houston TranStar.The accident was verified at 3:36 p.m. and affected three main lanes, according to Houston TranStar.TranStar cameras show what appear to be a vehicle belonging to the Houston Police Department involved in the accident.
