Dallas, TX : Drunken driver injures 2 in Oak Cliff crash on Friday, October, 13th 2017

A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after injuring two people, one critically, in a two-vehicle crash Friday night in west Oak Cliff.
The man, whose name was not released, faces two counts of intoxication assault, police said.
His 1997 Nissan pickup failed to yield to the right-of-way and collided with a 2011 Chevrolet Impala about 11 p.m. at Fort Worth Avenue and Westmoreland Road, police said.
The front passenger in the Impala was unconscious and hospitalized in critical condition. The driver of the Impala suffered a fractured left arm.
The suspect was hospitalized. His condition was unavailable but he was awake and talking after the crash, police said.
