Sheridan, IN : Driver died after crash in Hamilton County on Wednesday, Oct 7, 2015

A woman injured in a Hamilton County car crash Wednesday died from her injuries Sunday.

Leslie Bowman was exiting the Millwood Estates Mobile Home Park in Sheridan around 10 p.m. In her red Ford Escort when the allegedly failed to yield to a white Chevrolet headed eastbound on 10th Street.

Bowman was air-lifted to St. Vincent with several broken bones. The 51-year-old died early Sunday morning, according to a statement from her family.

The driver of the other vehicle was treated at the scene and released.
