Madisonville,KY : Double-semi accident on Interstate 69 injures Pennsylvania man on January, Saturday 20th 2018

A Pennsylvania truck driver was injured this weekend during an early morning incident on Interstate 69 near Dawson Springs.

According to the Hopkins County Sheriff's Department, 45-year-old Walter Sharp, of Flowery Branch, Georgia stuck his semi-trailer in snow around 3:30 a.m. Saturday while attempting a U-turn in the median near the 103 mile marker. According to police, Sharp did not use markers or flashing lights to indicate his trailer was blocking the southbound lanes.
