Hempfield, PA : 1 freed from Corvette in 2-vehicle crash on Route 136 near Hempfield Area High School on Wednesday, 7th November 2018

One man was injured in a two-vehicle crash just before noon Wednesday on Route 136 near Hempfield Area High School.

Firefighters cut part of the victim’s red Chevrolet Corvette off to free him, said Fort Allen Deputy Fire Chief Bob Cammarata.

“According to the reports, the other car crossed the center line — he couldn’t get out of the way,” Cammarata said.
