Vanderburgh County, IN : Woman Pedestrian critically injured After Being Hit By Car on Koring Road in Vanderburgh County on Tuesday, April 21, 2015

A pedestrian was critically injured after they were struck by a car in Vanderburgh County.

The sheriff's office says 75-year-old Judith Wagner was driving in the 2000 block of Koring Road around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday and struck a female pedestrian with her car.

The pedestrian was taken to Deaconess Hospital with life threatening injuries. Wagner was also taken to Deaconess Hospital for her injuries.

Authorities do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
