Canutillo family killed in I-20 crash outside of Ranger, Texas

Hugo Marin Ulloa, 34; Erika Valenzuela Ulloa, 34; and Max Ulloa died at the scene of the crash at about 1:47 p.m. on Interstate 20, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Trooper Elizabeth Barney.
