CHARLESTON, SC : Savannah Highway reopened after crash involving lumber truck on Friday, September 23rd 2016

All southbound lanes on Highway 17 have been reopened after a crash involving a car and a flatbed truck pulling lumber, according to dispatchers with Charleston County.
The crash happened near the Ponderosa neighborhood around 8:47 a.m., dispatchers say.
All lanes heading toward Ravenel were closed.
Charleston County sheriff's deputies, city firefighters and EMS were on scene, dispatchers say.
