Columbia, SC : One pedestrian killed in hit-and-run crash on Farrow Road on Thursday October 20th 2016

Columbia police have made an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian Thursday morning on Farrow Road.Police say the accident occurred just after 5 a.m. at Farrow and Broadland.

Bettika Tuwana Salley has been charged with Felony DUI Resulting in Death, Hit & Run with Death & Failure to Render Aid. The car Salley is accused of driving was found at an apartment complex near the scene. It's being processed for evidence.

The Richland County Coroner's Office is investigating along with CPD. The name of the pedestrian who was killed has not yet been released.
