A Raeford man was killed Thursday morning when his vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer.
According to reports from the N.C. Highway Patrol, Michael Andrew Miller Jr., 32, of Raeford, was driving east in a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier on N.C. 211 near McLendon Hills Drive at about 7:45 a.m. Thursday when the vehicle crossed the center line into the path of a Montaire tractor-trailer traveling west.
Miller was declared dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor-trailer was said to have refused transport to the hospital.
Reports said the tractor-trailer had a video camera installed and the video is being reviewed as part of the investigation.
