A serious crash left two people injured late Wednesday evening.
Reports from the scene indicate that the violent head-on crash occurred on Route 100 just north of Bealer Road in South Coventry.
The driver of a black Volkswagen sedan was flown to Paoli Trauma Center, while the driver of the other vehicle was trapped and had to be rescued. The second injured person was taken by ambulance to an area hospital.
The two vehicles appeared to hit head-on at the entrance to the Old Philadelphia Public House, according to witnesses at the scene.
State police, who are handling the investigation, did not release any other information about the crash on Thursday.
