Los Angeles, CA : One person killed and two critically injured after a traffic collision in the Tujunga area on Wednesday afternoon, February 10, 2016

One person was killed and one was in critical condition after a traffic collision in the Tujunga neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon.

A car crashed into the back of a truck just before 1:30 p.m. at 10330 Mountair Ave., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Aerial video from Sky5 showed a silver Nissan sedan with the passenger side of vehicle lodged under a box truck.

The collision occurred on a residential street.

It was not clear if the truck was parked or occupied when the collision occurred; the Fire Department described the crash as “solo vehicle into rear of truck.”
