Man killed in Fremont crash involving big rig

The fatal crash occurred about 8:30 a.m. on Kato Road, near where West Warren Avenue meets Interstate 880, Detective Bill Veteran said. The cement truck driver was pronounced dead at the scene, Veteran said.
