WINOOSKI, VT : Police investigate hit-and-run in Winooski on Tuesday, 25th October 2016

Police are investigating a hit-and-run in Winooski.

It happened on Interstate 89 near Exit 15.

Police say a silver sedan cut across traffic on the north bound lane hitting a dump truck and forcing it off the road.

The driver of the sedan took off. Police say the guard rail was heavily damaged and the road was down to one lane for several hours.
