New Pekin, IN : One person died and the other was injured in a deadly early-morning crash on Friday August 15th 2014

Police are investigating a deadly early-morning crash in Washington County, Indiana. The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Friday on State Road 60 near Powers Road. Officers found a Ford F-150 on fire in a field. Investigators said it appears the driver overcorrected and went off the road and the truck flipped several times. One person in the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person was ejected from the truck and transported to University of Louisville Hospital.
