Plattsmouth, NE : 4 dead in crash on U.S. 75 between Plattsmouth on Sunday, 26th May 2019

Four people were killed in a crash near Plattsmouth Sunday night, the Cass County Sheriff's Office says.

It happened at about 9:45 p.m. on U.S. 75 between Plattsmouth and Beaver Lake when a van and a car collided head-on.At the scene, the sheriff's office told Omaha TV station WOWT that three people in the van died and one in the Ford Mustang.

Investigators weren't releasing any further information about the crash Monday morning, including the names of those killed.

Three others in the Mustang were taken to a hospital in Omaha for their injuries.
