Topeka, KS : 1 dead in fiery crash in east Wichita on Monday, March 6th 2017

Wichita police are investigating a fatality accident in east Wichita that has left one person dead.

The single-vehicle accident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. at Funston and Greenwich, a Sedgwick County dispatcher said.

The vehicle hit a tree and caught fire.

One person was declared dead at the scene.
