BISMARCK, ND : A 19-year-old Bismarck teenager died in a head-on crash on Tuesday, August 15, 2017

A 19-year-old Bismarck teenager died in a head-on crash Tuesday morning on Highway 25 about 10 miles northwest of Mandan.

The teen was driving a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix when it collided with a 2002 Dodge Ram pickup driven by a 39-year-old man from Center, N.D. about 6:15 a.m., said the North Dakota State Patrol.

The Center man was transported by ambulance to St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck where he is being treated for injuries. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene, said the state patrol.

Names were not released late Tuesday pending notification of family.
