Westwood, OH : Two men seriously injured in a crsh on Queen City Avenue on Monday night, Oct 5, 2015

Police believe impairment is a factor in a crash that sent two men to the hospital with serious injuries Monday night.

Damon Bailey, 36, was driving a 2001 Volkswagon Jetta west on Queen City Avenue when he crossed the center line and crashed into a 2001 Suzuki XL-7 travelling east around 11:55 p.m., police said.

The Cincinnati Fire Department rescued Bailey from his vehicle and transported him and the other driver, William Banks, 49, to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries.

It is unclear whether the men were wearing seatbelts, police said.
