Killeen, TX : No injuries in school bus accident near Stan Schlueter Loop Tuesday morning, November 8, 2016

A Killeen school bus carrying children was involved in an accident Tuesday morning near Stan Schlueter Loop and Old Farm-to-Market 440.

No one was injured in the accident, caused when a Jeep drove up beside the bus and tried to make a turn in front of it, said Killeen Police Department spokeswoman Carroll Smith. It was reported at 7:56 a.m.
Smith said she did not know if the driver of the Jeep will be cited.

The children on the bus were taken off and put on another school bus in order to get to class.
