A man and two young siblings who were killed in a head-on collision with a wrong-way driver on I-75 over the weekend were identified Monday while another man and a 3-year-old boy remained in critical condition at area hospitals. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victims as Michael Farlow, 49, of Illinois, 8-year-old Kaybrin Osborne and his 7-year-old half sister, Halle Young, both of Florida."It's not set in. It was really just like a dream," John Osborne told Channel 2 Action News. ?Osborne’s father, Mike Osborne, was injured in the I-75 crash that killed his 8-year-old nephew. "He was an awesome little boy. He was always full of life. He was a Boy Scout, played football. He played baseball, he loved rock music."?Meanwhile 20-year-old Jorge Solis, the wrong-way driver charged in the deadly collision, remained in jail Monday night without bond. The crash happened around 5:25 a.m. Sunday on I-75 southbound at Porsche Avenue near the Clayton County line, according to Atlanta police. Investigators said 20-year-old Jorge Solis was drunk when he entered the southbound lanes of I-75 while traveling northbound in his Ford F350 pickup truck. At the same time, a small passenger car with two men and three children was traveling southbound on I-75.The SUV struck the car head-on, killing the man and the two children, police spokeswoman Officer Kim Jones said. Solis was deemed to be driving under the influence and arrested at the scene, police said. He was charged with DUI, three counts of first-degree vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle and driving the wrong way, Jones said. He was expected in court Monday, but waived his first appearance, Fulton County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Tracy Flanagan said. His next court date his scheduled for July 7, Flanagan said. Solis was already on probation for a DUI in March in Clayton County and faces a separate reckless conduct charge in Clayton County, the news station reported."I am grieved for the family, for their loss,” Solis’ long-time friend, Gary Cage, said, according to Channel 2. “I am grieved for Jorge’s error in judgement."? ?Mike Osborne was taking the three children to visit their mother in Florida when the crash happened, John Osborne told Channel 2. His friend Farlow had come along for the ride. Osborne told the news station his heart his heavy from watching his father suffer and losing his nephew."He’d drive you nuts just pestering you, but that was just Kaybrin, you know, he made you love him," Osborne said.
