A man was pronounced dead after a vehicle crash in Rock Hill on Friday, according to police.
The incident happened on Dave Lyle Boulevard around 4 p.m.
Officers said they believe that a 56-year-old man crashed into the car in front of him after having a medical issue. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, but police say he did not die due to any injuries sustained in the crash.
The victim's name has not been released.
Passengers in the vehicle the man crashed into were not injured.
