LENEXA, KS : Lenexa police ID victims killed in standoff as suspect awaits court appearance on Saturday, 2nd November 2024

Police released the identity of two adults found dead inside a Lenexa home early Saturday morning.

Investigators responded to a call about someone with a weapon in a neighborhood near West 79th Street and Mullen Road around 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Members of a specialized Lenexa law enforcement team entered a house in the neighborhood around 1:50 a.m. Saturday.

Police found the bodies of 52-year-old Sheila M. Donovan and 22-year-old Tyler K. Donovan inside the house. Both victims lived in Lenexa.
