A serious crash on Neel Road sent at least two people to the hospital on Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened just after noon on Neel Road, between Highway 150 and Sherrills Ford Road.
Both vehicles were heavily damaged.
One person was taken to CMC-NorthEast Medical Center. Emergency officials said a second person would be taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
