Salida, CO : 39-year-old man dies in rollover wreck near Coaldale on Monday, 2nd April 2018

A single-vehicle rollover on U.S. 50 resulted in the death of a 39-year-old man Monday afternoon.

The wreck, which was reported at 12:29 p.m., occurred at about mile marker 243 near Coaldale.

Colorado State Patrol reported that no other occupants were in the car.

Colorado Department of Transportation reported blocked lanes and travel delays through the area as the scene was investigated and wreckage removed.

Regular traffic resumed at about 3 p.m.
