Vanceburg, KY : Fatal AA collision under investigation on Monday, 9th September 2019

Officials are investigating a fatal collision Monday morning involving three vehicles on the AA Highway just west of Vanceburg.

Sheriff’s Lt. Bryon Walker said the incident happened about 7:30 a.m. Monday (9/9/19) on the highway just west of Hazel Road.

He said a 2001 Mazda Tribute, operated by Bryce Robert Pope, 21, of South Shore, was traveling west on the roadway and reportedly attempted to pass a westbound tractor/trailer operated by Michael Bohon, 58, of Arthurdale, West Virginia.
