Wickhan said she was stopped at least a car length from the vehicle in front of her and as the vehicle in front of her moved and she began to move, she was struck from behind by Schadler’s vehicle, according to the report. Wickhan told police she was struck hard and had recently had surgery on her back.
Wickhan said as a result of the impact, she could not feel her legs at first, according to the report. Wickman was taken by ambulance to Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
