Nashville, TN : One person killed after being hit by a car while crossing the street at 11th Ave. N On Sunday, July 24th, 2016

Metro police say just after 2am a man was run down on 11th Ave. N. as he was crossing the street.

The driver is said to be in a gold Chevy Suburban with damage.

The victim has been taken to Vanderbilt hospital and is in serious but not life-threatening condition.

Anyone knowing the identity of the driver is asked to contact Metro Police.
