Simi Valley, CA : One person injured in A single-vehicle crash near Royal and Crosby avenues on Thursday, January 22, 2015

A street in Simi Valley was briefly closed Thursday due to a crash, officials said.

The crash was reported about 3:40 p.m. near Royal and Crosby avenues.

Police closed the eastbound lanes of Royal Avenue at Crosby Avenue about 4 p.m. but the road was reopened by 5 p.m.

The crash involved a motorcycle and a vehicle, officials said.

One person was taken to Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center.
