COLORADO SPRINGS, CO : One driver arrested in I-25 and Fillmore on Wednesday, 31st January 2024

The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said the crash involved four vehicles and the scene crossed all lanes of traffic on I-25 leading to traffic being diverted at the West Fillmore Street off-ramp for several hours.
CSPD said an investigation is ongoing and charges are pending against one of the involved drivers who is in critical condition in the hospital. Speed and impairment are believed to be factors in the crash. The road was closed for several hours while police investigated.
